| Power Boats Calgary - Harper's Marine Centre in Calgary has a selling history in Alberta's Marine Industry unlike any other. Originally a family tire business started in 1931, Don Harper launched Harper's Marine in 1952 branching out from Harper's Tire. Both Calgary companies continue to operate under the same family name today. There are so many boats still on the water today that have the Harper's logo on them you'd think Harper's was the only one selling in boats in Calgary back then! The fact is there were very few well known dealers back then, but Don was so successful at selling boats in Calgary that his name in the industry became synonymous with boating fun! Over the years many boat manufacturers have had their brands displayed and sold through Harper's Marine creating great boating memories for many families. |
